By accessing or using the Hire the Gent platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By using Hire the Gent, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time.
Paid membership is for approved gents seeking profile placement and direct client enquiries. Gents Membership is billed monthly, may be cancelled at any time, and remains active until the end of the current billing period. Clients may browse profiles and send enquiries without purchasing a subscription.
All users must treat other members and clients with respect and dignity at all times. Any form of harassment, coercion, discrimination, or illegal activity will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Hire the Gent does not store payment card details. By making a payment, you authorise the stated charge to your payment method.
Hire the Gent acts as a platform connecting independent professionals with clients. We are not party to any agreement made between members and clients, and accept no liability for the conduct of either party during or after an engagement.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
